Once you book an appointment for a consultation, you will meet with a provider to discuss your specific concerns to treat with a non-surgical procedure. We prioritize a personal approach for every patient as well as patient education to provide thorough details about the treatments we offer as well as learning your expectations and goals from treatment.

From there, we will create an individualized plan for you and book your non-surgical treatment. We tailor these plans to your unique needs and lifestyle to ensure your long-term success in your aesthetics investment.

Schedule a Consultation

You will receive a confidential, in-depth personal consultation with one of our board-certified Manhattan plastic surgeons on your selected procedure. We charge a consultation fee due at the time of the first visit, and it will apply toward any surgical fees.

This consultation is the time for you to ask the hard questions concerning the procedure, recovery, and results. When appropriate we complete 3D Vectra Imaging to help you envision our process and your post-surgical results. These consultations are extensive to ensure that all details are covered, so plan your time accordingly.

During the consultation, you will also meet our Patient Care Coordinator who works closely with our surgeons as an advisor and patient liaison. We encourage patients to participate in an ongoing dialogue with our Patient Care Coordinator about any and all concerns regarding your care and goals.

Dr. Pearlman offers a second visit as well as a comprehensive pre-operative visit with our Operating Room Nurse prior to any surgical procedure as an opportunity for a second Q&A with the doctor and OR Nurse. This appointment is to ensure that you are completely comfortable with all aspects of surgery. There are no additional charges for the second appointment.
