Dr. Pearlman offers a number of personalized services to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible, from managing appointments through your recovery period. These services are available to both local patients and those traveling from out-of-town. We can schedule limousine service to take you to and from our facility, and arrange quality recovery accommodations at local NYC hotels. (We even have an association with one that specializes in post-surgical care.) Dr. Pearlman’s attentive staff can also arrange for experienced private plastic surgery nurses to visit you at your home or hotel room, and for a nurse to accompany you home from your procedure. Whatever you need, every detail is taken care of so you can focus on yourself and your recovery.

Dr. Pearlman’s strives to provide his patients with compassionate and attentive patient care paired with the most sophisticated and advanced medical procedures and techniques available.

As a patient of Dr. Pearlman, there are several steps taken in order to ensure a degree of comfort and overall satisfaction with any procedures undertaken.

	You will receive a confidential, in-depth personal consultation with Dr. Pearlman on your selected procedure. Here is the time for you to ask the hard questions concerning the procedure, recovering, costs, and results. Most of his consultations are extensive, so plan your day accordingly.
	During the consultation, you will meet Dr. Pearlman's cosmetic and patient consultant, who works closely with Dr. Pearlman as an advisor and patient liaison. Patients are encouraged to participate in an ongoing dialogue with Lauren.
	Dr. Pearlman usually recommends a second office visit prior to any surgical procedure as an opportunity for a second Q&A with the doctor. This appointment is to ensure that you are completely comfortable with all aspects of surgery. There are no additional charges for this appointment.

So you know...

	Initial New Patient Consultation: Consultation fee is applied towards any surgical fees and is due at the time of the first visit.
	Second consultations prior to surgical procedures incur no additional charges.
	ALL fees for cosmetic surgical procedures are payable in advance. Additional detailed payment policies will be discussed at the time of your appointment or can be furnished in advance upon request.
	Dr. Pearlman participates in a number of insurance plans for nasal, reconstructive and sinus surgery. If insurance is applicable, assignment of benefits may require only a deposit.
	Our office accepts all major credit cards. Medical insurance may be applicable in some cases and should be discussed with our office staff during your appointment. Financing is available through Cosmetic Fee Plan.
	Clinical digital photographs are taken in our office at no additional charges.
	Our office is fully computerized to expedite all billing and insurance correspondence.

Lauren Cole
Cosmetic Consultant and Office Manager

Lauren Cole brings fifteen years of professional experience in the healthcare and beauty industries to the office of Dr. Pearlman. As Cosmetic Consultant and Office Manager she works alongside him to ensure that each patient's needs are met. Ms. Cole excels as an attentive listener and advocate of patient care offering comprehensive guidance to each patient. She is always available for questions and comments regarding any procedure; no question will ever go unanswered. She is highly sensitized to each patient's need to look and feel great and lends a sympathetic ear to patient's concerns.

Lauren's background in the beauty industry began with her work as a cosmetic coordinator in the Washington DC area. She recently relocated to New York making Queens, NY her home along with her Ragdoll kitten Roxie. Her son, a graduate of the University of Maryland, also moved to New York to begin a career in the financial industry. Ms. Cole can be contacted at beauty@mdface.com.

Our office and operating room is accredited by the AAAHC, officially recognizing us for delivering excellent health care services to our patients. AAAHC is one of three national organizations recognized to provide certification. The AAAHC only accredits facilities that are committed to providing high-quality medical care and services.

Certification of an office operator is not mandatory in New York State , but we feel it gives you that extra measure of confidence in that we adhere to the highest standards available for the safety of our patients. It is our way of demonstrating our commitment to providing the best care possible.
