How is rhinoplasty performed?

Dr. Pearlman offers two types of rhinoplasty; surgical and non-surgical:

Surgical nose surgery:

The nose is altered through hidden incisions inside the nostrils. The cartilage and tip of the nose is reshaped, which can be pointed downward or upward. Additionally, a wide nose can be narrowed and humps in the nose can be removed internally. In complicated cases, open rhinoplasty is required which involves an additional incision across the bottom of the nose.

Non-surgical nose surgery:

When altering less complicated cases in nose surgery, facial fillers, such as Restylane ® and Radiesse ® may be used to fill in bumps and camouflage the nose. In cases where injectables can fix the lines and clumps on the nose; this is a temporary alternative to surgery.
